Please read before you lodge a return: Conditions of returns & exchanges
- Items must be returned in original condition with 30 days - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Change of mind? We offer store credit and/or exchanges for items you have changed your mind on such as colour, style, or sizing. We cannot offer refunds on these items.
- Ordered the wrong size? We offer exchanges for sizing but this needs to be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached for an exchange or store credit.
- If your requested exchange is out of stock or you are seeking an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit will be automatically issued unless you specify something different in your returns form.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on drink bottles, towels and undergarments such as sports bras
- Shipping fees paid at time of initial purchase are non refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Ready to lodge a return? Let's start!
1. Check your invoice date, has it been at least 30 days since the date of purchase? We honour returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
2. Ensure that the items you want to return are in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
3. If you would like to return an item then you can contact us here to start the returns process. Quote your invoice number in the online form. You can find your invoice number in the e-mail we sent you.
4. You will be issued with a trackable return label via email. This will cost you anywhere from $5 to $20 and we will advise you of the cost via email. You will need to print this label out and stick it to your package.
5. Post the package to us and we will aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.

Have we made a mistake? If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item then send us photos and a description of the issue. We will refund you and we will supply you with a return shipping label to cover the associated costs to return the damaged/faulty item back to us. Otherwise, we are happy to exchange the item without any associated costs.
